I think it was great because I had the opportunity to meet people from different countries and cultures and also saw the work ethic of those people and how they work.

Mobility is important to me as it allows me to move around more easily and discover new possibilities. It greatly aids me in traveling as well. I believe it is crucial for social development and quality of life.

Very good experience, it was a good opportunity to communicate with foreign students in English, I got experience solving problems with the PBL method. PBL helps to understand and to know things better about which we don’t think really about every day. Thank you for the opportunity to visit Spain. It is very beautiful and warm country, people are very friendly here. I felt good visiting Spain. I like their architecture and their historic objects. Thank you!

It was fun, it was lovely to see other students and work with them

It was an amazing oppurtunity to get to know different cultures and people and to learn new information and skills.

Taking part in the Erasmus CreaVET project and joining the mobility in Spain was both an educational and inspiring experience for me. Getting to know the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method offered a much more engaging, creative, and effective learning process compared to the traditional, memorization-based education system. Through this method, I learned how to research, generate ideas within a team, and think in a solution-oriented way. I realized how important creativity and problem-solving skills are in today’s world, and this project helped me develop them significantly. The educational content, practical activities, and overall organization in Spain were well-planned and successful. Meeting new cultures, gaining different perspectives, and discovering my own potential were among the most valuable outcomes of this journey. Being a part of this project was a truly unforgettable experience and a great opportunity for personal growth.

Was good but due to personal circumstances relating to food couldn’t talk much with the other students outside the problem solving task.

I think the mobility was wonderful. We got to meet a lot of people from different parts of the world and In addition to that work with them. It was really interesting to learn about PBL(Problem Based Learning) and we got to have real practice with this particular aspect by trying to solve problem in teams. All members were of a different country so the team was very dynamic and had a lot of different opinions about the same problem. It made us learn more about the problem solving, brainstorming and nurtured team working skills. In addition, we got to exchange our culture, traditions and grown closer to each other. As for me personally this was an eye opening experience. My warmest regards to everyone helping this project come to life.

Very good, it gives people opportunities that they don’t always have

This mobility experience was one of the most eye-opening and unforgettable moments of my education. It gave me the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone, meet people from different cultures, and practice my English in real-life situations. Living and learning in a new country for a short time helped me grow more confident, independent, and aware of global perspectives. I believe every student should have a chance like this.

It was a really nice experience for me. It helped me see my own skills and at the same time, I gained new experiences, new friendships and a new purpose in this program we did. There is really nothing better than discovering new things. Therefore, I would like to thank you for everything in the program we did. The mobility project organization was superb and well-coordinated. From the beginning, all information was set out clearly, so we felt well-prepared and supported throughout the experience. The organizers were always present and happy to assist with any questions or problems we experienced. The program was balanced well with educational sessions, group activities, and cultural experiences. This allowed us to make the most of our time without being stressed. I am truly thankful for the dedication and hard work of everyone involved in coordination and logistics. They made the experience smooth, enjoyable, and fruitful.

I sincerely thank the entire management team for organizing such a meaningful Erasmus project. Being involved in a program focused on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) was a unique and enriching experience. It was fantastic, so accurate, details, always responding and helping in minutes, coordinating all processes and taking care that everything goes smoothly. The atmosphere was always motivating and struggle-free. I evaluate with the highest score possible.

Students and teachers who participated are the best ambassadors. We are still spreading news about the outcomes of the project. Students are so happy about participating in it.

“As CPIFP Alan Turing, we consider that the project goals have been clear and realistic, especially regarding the study and implementation of the PBL methodology (problem-solving-based learning). The meetings have helped us to exchange ideas and to coordinate tasks in an effective way. The intellectual outputs, such as the teaching materials and the guidelines for teachers, have been useful to introduce PBL in our classes. Both our teachers and students have received training and have improved their skills in collaborative work and critical thinking. The student activities and the skills competition have been a good opportunity for students to apply what they have learned and to work on real problems. The digital platform has made it easier to share content and communicate with the other partners. Finally, the dissemination activities have helped us share the results of the project with other teachers, companies and local institutions. In general, we think the project has had a positive impact on our centre and our educational community.

The project has brought many benefits to our teachers, students and our institution as a whole.

For our teachers, it has provided new ideas and tools to use the PBL method in their classes. They have also improved their teamwork and international collaboration skills. However, not all teachers have decided to take part in the project because some of them still do not fully understand the idea and the teaching philosophy behind this new learning approach.

For our students, the project has helped them to develop problem-solving, creativity and communication skills. They have learned how to work better in teams and how to face real challenges.

For our institution, the project has been an opportunity to modernise our teaching methods and to strengthen our European network. It has also increased our visibility and our cooperation with companies and other educational centres.

We believe that the Turkish team, as the project coordinator, has done a very good job managing the project. We already had the chance to work with them before in the IndEra 4.0 project, which was also focused on the PBL (Project Based Learning) methodology. In both projects, they have always been friendly, supportive and open to collaboration. The coordinator has organised the work clearly and has kept good communication with all the partners from Portugal, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic and Lithuania. Meetings have been well planned, and tasks have been clearly shared among the partners. The budget and work plans have been transparent and realistic. Whenever a problem appeared, the coordinator tried to find a fair and practical solution. Their leadership and teamwork have helped us to keep the project on track and achieve the main goals. In our opinion, the coordinator institution has shown strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the PBL approach.

We plan to continue sharing the results of the project with other teachers and students in our centre. We want to organise small workshops and training sessions to explain the PBL methodology and show the materials we have created. We will also include information about the project on our school website and social media channels to reach more people in our educational community. We plan to present the project results in local and regional meetings with other schools and companies, so they can learn about the benefits of using PBL in vocational education. Finally, we want to keep in touch with the project partners and look for new opportunities to cooperate on similar projects in the future.

We are grateful for having been part of the CreaVET project. It has given us new ideas and motivation to keep improving our teaching methods and to work more with the PBL approach. We hope that this experience will help us to develop new projects in the future and to strengthen our European network. “From its starting drafting to the very last meeting, the CreaVET project pursued a very clear goal, encapsulating a vast array of sub objectives, all having at the very nucleus the student: the need to foster innovative and alternatives educational approach that could foster creativity in students. Varied in its forms, creativity is a skill, and as such, it can be nurtured, and trained through guidance, support and practice. The CreaVET consortium tried to foster this view by making of the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL), a student-centered approach built around the belief on the importance learning real-life problems can have for students. With a clearly defined project goal in mind, the consortium took action at different levels, instantiated in the training of not only students but especially teachers. Although famous in the learning environment, working with educators to be able to provide them the needed tools and instruments was the very fist step to then let students experiment with with PBL in a creative but assisted way. From the seminars for teachers to the mobility programs with students, problem-based learning was applied in a cross-cultural and interactive manner, as condensed in the other intellectual outputs of the project, as the research report produced and the results of the project accessible through the learning platform. The dissemination of the project, still undergoing, has also proven successful, but to be able to fully evaluate it, time must be granted for the results to reach to a greater audience in the different countries of the parterns.

This project brought several opportunities and learning lessons to the Italian team. Being a cultural non-profit association instead of a school, Communia worked in close collaboration not only with the partnership’s schools but also with Italian schools from the district of Ancona. Engaging students from the territory, coming from different migratory backgrounds and varied cultures, allowed to benefit not only of PBL training, but also of being part of a community, receptive to their needs and questions. Students left Italy for their exchanges as feeling shy, often not confident about their skills or not fully aware of the potential of creativity skills. However, they came back with a full cultural baggage, more confident and strong, with new friends and new interpersonal and inter relational skills. Receiving this very feedback from them was invaluable. In terms of our institution as a whole, CreaVET allowed us to once again establish our role as a support network for the local community, by providing opportunities, not only to students but also to the many project managers and social workers members of Communia that were able to contribute to CreaVET. As newcomers, CreaVET greatly helped them too in understanding the importance of dialogue with the community and with other realities, transcending cultures and borders.

The Project Coordinator Institution demonstrated excellent management skills, by having accompanied partners of the project during the whole process, from organization, planning and coordination of activities, budgeting and allocation of funds, creative resolution of problems as well as technical guidance needed on the seminars implementation. Indeed, every question that has arisen was rapidly and efficiently met by the coordinator. Moreover, inputs, and ideas were welcomed and fostered. Finally small problems or inconveniences, although collaterally normal in big projects, were addressed from the very start, allowing the project not to be influenced by them. Our future plans for disseminating the project relate to creating a strong network, as we started doing during the seminars phase, of students and teachers from the territory to which introduce and sponsor our approach and research outputs. Starting from the Ancona and Marche region, we aim to bring people working and the educational sphere closer to territorial and community-based institutions as Communia, where they could find resources and information on projects such as Creavet. To do so, we plan to continue to engage in discussions with the students that benefited of the mobility programs, as well as to ask them to include fellows friends interested in fostering their soft and creative skills.

CreaVET was a fruitful collaboration, where the human capital was put at the core of the discussion, making it the most powerful and successful final output. Students learned by doing, and teachers were enriched by observing and collecting the successes of their hard work. Everyone was receptive of others’ needs and the passion for education and continuous growth allowed the methodology showcased to really make an impact.”
